About the Journal

PANGAN is a scientific journal published by the Center for Strategic Planning and Risk Management of Perum BULOG, published regularly three times a year in April, August and December. Currently, PANGAN has been accredited by the Directorate General for Strengthening Research and Development, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia with accreditation certificate number 28/E/KPT/2019.

PANGAN publishes several types of articles, including articles related to research results which contain major advances and are original research findings, review articles which describe new developments of interdisciplinary significance by paying attention to unresolved questions and their future directions, as well as other articles related to food which present things such as new and important policies with broad significance, both on a national and international scale, comments on food issues, dissemination of laws, government regulations, Presidential Instructions, Presidential Decrees, surgery. books, rubrics, and interviews.
